About Us

Licksters is a fast-growing premium popsicle brand featured on Shark Tank India. We are expanding our retail, corporate, and event business in Surat and are looking for an energetic, confident, and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive.

Job Responsibilities
- Visit event organizers, wedding planners, corporate offices, schools, colleges, clubs, and societies.
- Develop relationships with supermarkets, gourmet stores, cafés, restaurants, and premium retailers.
- Generate new retail outlets and increase product availability.
- Meet distributors, dealers, and potential business partners.
- Conduct product sampling and promotional activities.
- Attend exhibitions, food festivals, and local events.
- Follow up on leads and close business deals.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order execution and deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.





Candidate Requirements
- Graduate (preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, beverages, food products, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Smartphone with knowledge of Google Maps, WhatsApp, and basic Excel.
- Good personality with confidence in meeting new people.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel across Surat.

Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Travel Allowance
- Fuel reimbursement or fixed travel allowance.

Performance Incentives
- Current Retail Outlet Opened: ₹200–₹500 per outlet
- Event Booking: 2–5% incentive on net sales
- Corporate Orders: 2–3% incentive
- Monthly Target Achievement Bonus: ₹5,000–₹15,000
- Quarterly Best Performer Award

Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹25,000
