- Establish high standards for presentation quality by guiding the development of visually impactful, consulting-grade deliverables and providing clear direction to design teams
- Translate business requirements into structured project plans, defining analytical needs, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria for delivery teams
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including analysts, designers, and project contributors, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely project
