Role Description
The HR Manager role at Muthoot MCred Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Thovalai.



The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities with branch and regional leadership, managing employee records, handling attendance and payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards. The role also involves resolving employee relations issues, supporting training and development initiatives, conducting HR audits, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with management to align HR practices with organizational goals and support the company’s growth in a structured and compliant manner.
