Innovation & Product Development Associate
to join our team.

About the role

This is an exciting chance for someone passionate about consumer products, who enjoys solving problems and wants hands-on exposure to product innovation and commercialization.

Working alongside our Innovation team, you’ll support end-to-end product development projects while contributing to market research, client delivery and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end product development projects, ensuring timely execution from concept through to commercial launch.
- Conduct market, competitor and consumer research to identify trends, benchmark products and support innovation opportunities.




- Coordinate with contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, testing laboratories, and other external partners to drive project execution.
- Manage product samples, development timelines, project trackers and documentation to ensure seamless delivery across multiple projects.
- Prepare product briefs, benchmarking reports, concept notes, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables.
- Support client engagements by assisting with innovation workshops, product recommendations, and project updates.
- Contribute to commercial proposals, capability presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral that showcase our innovation and product development capabilities.
- Build and maintain internal knowledge repositories, including product libraries, supplier databases, packaging references and innovation insights to strengthen Regnova’s long-term service offering.
