Role Description
The Captain will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of guest experience. This full time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves supervising service staff, managing table reservations and seating,



and coordinating between the kitchen and service teams for timely order delivery. The Captain will handle guest queries and feedback, recommend menu items, and ensure that company service standards and hygiene protocols are consistently followed. The role also includes training and mentoring team members, monitoring stock levels of service-related supplies, and supporting the management team in achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and guest relationship skills, with the ability to handle queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Team leadership and supervision capabilities, including experience guiding service staff and coordinating with kitchen and management teams.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverages, menu items, and basic restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-cuisine or fine-dining environment.
