Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Panvel, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across Brickfolio’s residential and commercial real estate offerings.



The role includes identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting property presentations and site visits, and building strong, long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and corporate clients. The Senior Sales Executive will manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and prospect follow-up to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sale client support. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, collaborating with internal teams to align on inventory and pricing, and staying updated on local market trends and competitor activities. The role also involves representing Brickfolio at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
