Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Manager to spearhead our growth across the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from hunting for new leads among hotel owners and asset managers to finalizing commercials and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. If you are a results-driven sales qualified with a passion for the hospitality industry and the discipline to thrive in a 100% remote workplace, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities




- Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Actively prospect and identify independent, branded, and multi-property hotel owners across the USA through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique pain points of hotel owners and pitch our tailored revenue management services, highlighting tangible benefits such as increased yield, optimized occupancy, and time savings.
- Commercial Negotiation: Present, negotiate, and finalize commercial proposals in alignment with company-approved pricing structures and guidelines.
- Deal Closure: Direct the end-to-end contract process, driving the conversion from prospect to signed client.
- Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary bridge between the new client and our internal operations team, managing the initial onboarding steps to ensure a seamless transition.
