Role Description

The CAD Instructor – Architecture (Part-time, Remote) will design and deliver online lessons on architectural CAD and 3D visualization software to students at varying skill levels. Responsibilities include preparing structured lesson plans and learning materials, conducting live or recorded sessions,



demonstrating workflows across tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related software, and guiding learners through hands-on exercises. The instructor will provide transparent explanations, review student work, offer constructive feedback, and help learners apply techniques to practical design projects. Additional tasks include updating course content to reflect current industry practices, collaborating with the team to improve the curriculum, and supporting learners through online communication channels.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in core CAD and BIM tools for architecture, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Experience with 3D modeling and visualization software (for example, 3ds Max, Rhino) and rendering tools like V-Ray or Lumion.
- Strong graphic and presentation skills using design and post-production tools such as Photoshop.
- Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, or train
