Role Description
The Branch Head (Sales) – Bangalore will lead and manage the branch’s sales operations, focusing on achieving revenue targets and expanding the customer base. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane,



requiring close coordination with internal teams, customers, and channel partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales planning and execution, managing key accounts, guiding and mentoring the sales team, and monitoring sales performance metrics. The role involves developing business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, conducting regular customer visits, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Branch Head will also collaborate with senior management on forecasting, reporting, and implementing company policies and processes at the branch level.
