Role Description
The Fresher Business Developer role at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The role involves identifying potential clients, supporting lead generation activities, and assisting in building and maintaining business relationships. Daily tasks include researching market opportunities, preparing basic sales presentations or proposals, and coordinating follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. The Business Developer will collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements, contribute to business development strategies, and update internal records and reports. This position offers training and guidance to help grow skills in consulting, client engagement, and business growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and a foundational understanding of Business concepts.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Business Administration and Finance to support business development activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field) is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively in a team, and manage time and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic presentation skills will be beneficial.
- Interest in consulting, safety services, and long-term career growth in business development is an advantage.
