Position: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions

✅ Post jobs on Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, and other platforms

✅ Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

✅ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

✅ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients

✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

✅ Ensure timely follow-ups and position closures

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience

✔️ Hands-on experience with Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn,



and other sourcing platforms

✔️ Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Basic understanding of recruitment processes

✔️ Ability to work in a target-driven environment
