Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and customer-focused Sr. Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and business growth through ATL & BTL marketing, customer engagement, digital marketing coordination, influencer collaborations, events, and community outreach. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field marketing, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns, branding activities, and promotional events.




- Organize society activations, school programs, farm visits, exhibitions, marathons, mall activations, and community events.
- Build customer relationships, collect feedback and testimonials, and encourage referrals.
- Manage social media engagement by coordinating with the digital marketing team and responding to customer queries.
- Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and content creators for brand promotions.
- Plan and execute marketing events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Delivery teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Support lead generation, business partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and marketplace partners for promotions and campaign execution.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare marketing MIS and campaign performance reports.
