Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and orientation training for newly joined nurses.
- Deliver regular clinical, operational, and process-related training programs.
- Assess nurses' knowledge and practical skills through evaluations and competency assessments.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and handholding support to nurses during field visits.
- Supervise nurses during patient visits to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor nurses' performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and company SOPs.
- Identify training needs and organize refresher training sessions periodically.
- Support nurses in handling patient care challenges and resolve field-level issues.
- Coordinate with Operations and Clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain training records, attendance, competency reports, and supervisory visit reports.
- Guide and mentor nurses to improve patient care quality and customer satisfaction.
- Report performance observations, training outcomes, and field concerns to the Reporting Manager.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of supervisory reports.
- Participate in quality audits and implement corrective actions when required.
