Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on courses, careers, and university options (Indian & international).
- Conduct individual/group counselling sessions to understand interests, goals, and aptitude.
- Coordinate with university delegates for visits, presentations, and information sharing.
- Mentor students and respond to queries related to admissions and career decisions.
- Assist with application and admission processes, documentation, and deadlines.
- Share relevant resources: exams, scholarships, programs, and career opportunities.
- Stay updated on education trends and job market changes.
- Participate in school events, orientations, and career fairs.

Eligibility & Experience
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Psychology,



Education, Management, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in career counselling, university admissions, or student advisory roles (preferred).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Additional certification in Career Counseling would be an advantage
