Role Description
The Social Media Manager at KRAM TV will manage and grow the platform’s presence across key social media channels, aligning content with the organization’s mission of ground-level, citizen-focused journalism. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves planning and executing social media campaigns, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and optimizing content for reach and impact.



Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with reporters and producers to translate field stories into compelling digital narratives, writing and editing posts, creating basic multimedia assets with design or video teams, and ensuring messaging is accurate and consistent. The Social Media Manager will track performance metrics, analyze audience behavior, and continuously refine strategies to improve visibility, community interaction, and audience trust.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and manage campaigns, grow audiences, and improve channel performance.
