Freelance Video Editor — Social Media Content (Reels & Carousels)

We're looking for a freelance video editor to help create engaging short-form content for social media. This is an ongoing freelance/contract role, ideal for someone who can turn raw footage and ideas into scroll-stopping content.

What you'll do:
- Edit Instagram/TikTok-style Reels from raw footage (trimming, pacing, transitions, captions, music sync)
- Design carousel posts (static or motion) that are visually cohesive and on-brand
- Add text overlays, captions, and basic motion graphics
- Suggest trending formats, hooks, and edits that boost engagement
- Turn around content on a reliable weekly/bi-weekly schedule

What I'm looking for:




- Proven experience editing Reels/short-form video (portfolio or examples required)
- Comfortable with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva
- Carousel design experience is a plus, but not required — robust Reels editing alone is welcome
- Good eye for pacing, trends, and what performs well on social
- Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
