About the Role

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-driven
International Sales & CRM Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing international client communication, handling sales inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Resolve client queries professionally and on time.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and CRM updates.





Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle international clients professionally.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in International Sales, CRM, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a US or international process is preferred.
