Role & responsibilities

1. Site Execution
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and machinery at the site.
- Ensure proper utilization of resources.

2. Quality Control
- Inspect ongoing work for quality compliance.
- Verify dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship.
- Ensure materials meet approved specifications.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and quality teams.
- Rectify quality issues immediately.

3. Project Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and contractors.
- Resolve site-related technical issues.




- Attend project coordination meetings.
- Follow up on pending activities to avoid project delays.

4. Safety Management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections.
- Ensure workers use proper PPE.
- Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

5. Material Management
- Verify material requirements.
- Check incoming materials for quantity and quality.
- Maintain material consumption records.
- Prevent wastage of construction materials.
