Role Description
The Sr. Designer – Hard Goods will lead the design and development of home textiles, handicrafts, door mats, and outdoor carpets, ensuring that collections align with brand vision, market trends, and customer requirements. In this full-time,



on-site role based in Gurugram, the Sr. Designer will create concepts, sketches, and detailed specifications, collaborate closely with merchandising and production teams, and oversee sampling and product refinement. The position involves researching global trends, materials, and techniques, translating insights into commercially viable designs, and maintaining consistency in quality and aesthetics across product ranges. The Sr. Designer will also work with cross-functional teams on client presentations, design approvals, and timelines, while supporting junior designers through mentorship and feedback. Regular coordination with factory management will be required to ensure that designs are feasible, cost-effective, and sustainable.
