Role Description
The Billing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Aliganj, responsible for managing end-to-end billing operations for the publishing business. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and issuing invoices, verifying billing details against orders and delivery records, and ensuring timely recording of transactions in the finance system. The role involves monitoring payment status, following up with clients or internal stakeholders on pending dues, and reconciling billing data with accounts. The Billing Executive will work closely with the sales,



distribution, and finance teams to maintain accurate records, support periodic financial reporting, and uphold company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Billing Process and Invoicing skills for managing end-to-end billing activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and Analytical Skills to review, reconcile, and interpret billing and payment data.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on billing matters.
- Relevant experience in billing, accounts, or administration within publishing, retail, or a related industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting or ERP software will be beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
