Detailed Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational strategy.
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of innovative solutions for products and projects, guiding high-performing teams through delivery and sustenance phases.
- Drive adoption of new technologies, ensuring solutions remain current, competitive, and meet rigorous quality standards.
- Review and validate architectural and design deliverables, enforcing adherence to best practices, architectural standards, and regulatory/compliance frameworks.
- Establish and maintain governance processes for technical solutions, ensuring long-term sustainability and alignment with industry benchmarks.
- Mentor, train, and develop team members to cultivate technical expertise and ensure a pipeline of skilled talent, proactively mitigating delivery risks.




- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.

Skill Requirements

Mandatory:
- Proven experience in Project Management within complex technology environments.
- Extensive expertise in technical architecture, solution design, and technology strategy.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and emerging technologies.

Other Requirements (Optional)
- Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience working with multinational teams and clients.
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
