Role Description
The Production Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Chengalpattu. This role involves planning and coordinating daily production activities to ensure programs, materials, or events are delivered on schedule and within quality standards. The Production Coordinator will support project timelines, manage resources, monitor workflow, and maintain documentation related to production processes.



The role includes collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and partners, tracking progress against targets, and addressing operational issues as they arise. The Production Coordinator will also contribute to improving processes, reporting production metrics, and supporting Sevalaya’s mission through productive and reliable coordination.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Organization Skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a explicit and respectful manner.
- Relevant experience in coordination or operations roles, preferably in nonprofit,
