Role Description

The Relationship Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with business clients, distributors, and channel partners using Supermoney’s working capital and supply chain finance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new customers, explaining product offerings,



supporting documentation and loan applications, and ensuring smooth end-to-end transaction processing. The Relationship Executive will regularly interact with clients to understand their financing needs, handle queries, provide updates, and encourage product usage and retention. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams such as credit, operations, and collections, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting defined sales and portfolio quality targets.
