Job Title:

1) Site Incharge - Instrumentation maintenance

Location: Site-based (Client Site - ONGC MRPL , Mangalore )

Experience: 4 to 10 Years (as per requirement)

2)Instrumentation Engineer / Supervisor

Location: Site-based (PAN India) Base location Ahmedabad , Gujarat

Experience: 4 to 8 Years (as per requirement)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Erection & Installation:
- Execution of installation of field instruments such as transmitters (PT, DP, FT, LT), control valves, analyzers, and gauges.
- Cable tray installation, cable laying, glanding, and termination activities.
- Loop checking and commissioning of instruments as per project requirements.

2) Maintenance Activities:
- Routine and breakdown maintenance of field instruments.
- Calibration and troubleshooting of transmitters, control valves, and analyzers.
- Preventive maintenance as per schedule.

3) Commissioning:
- Loop checking, SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and functional testing.
- Interfacing with DCS/PLC systems.
- Preparation of commissioning reports and documentation.

4) Billing & Documentation:




- Preparation of daily progress reports (DPR).
- Quantity tracking as per BOQ/SOR for billing purposes.
- Measurement sheet preparation and support in RA bill submission.
- Coordination with client for work certification.

5) Coordination:
- Coordination with client, consultants, and internal teams.
- Planning manpower and material requirements at site.
- Ensuring timely execution as per schedule.

6) Safety & Compliance:
- Adherence to site safety norms and permit systems.
- Use of PPE and compliance with HSE guidelines.

Skills Required:
- Knowledge of instrumentation systems and industrial standards
- Hands-on experience in erection, commissioning, and maintenance
- Basic knowledge of DCS/PLC systems
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Preferred Industry:
- Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical / Power Plant

Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electro
