? What You’ll Do

● Lead & manage a team of
10+ counsellors

● Drive daily
targets, conversions & revenue

● Coach, train, and mentor team members

● Handle
high-value counselling & escalations

● Optimise lead flow, pipelines & CRM tracking

● Run daily
team huddles & performance reviews

? What We’re Looking For

●
4–7 years of experience
in EdTech / Sales / Counselling

●
1–2 years in team handling
(10+ members)

● Strong track record in
driving conversions & targets

● Excellent
communication, leadership & decision-making skills

● Highly
target-driven, energeti
