Role Description
The Senior Architect role at DekorAakar is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design from concept through execution, preparing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring design quality and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role also involves guiding junior team members, resolving design and integration challenges, and collaborating with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.



The Senior Architect will contribute to design reviews, manage documentation, and support continuous improvement of design processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess experience in Project Management, including scheduling, resource coordination, budgeting awareness, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration, with the ability to align structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior elements into cohesive project solutions.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development or related tools where relevant, such as using design and modeling software, BIM platforms, or collaborative digital workflows.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
