Role Description
The GM Civil role at Malhotra Realty Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Ludhiana, responsible for overseeing civil engineering and construction activities across assigned projects.



The role involves planning and managing project execution, coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring that work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and safety standards. The GM Civil will lead site teams, review drawings and BOQs, implement quality control measures, and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address technical issues. The position also includes managing infrastructure development, stormwater and drainage systems, and resolving construction challenges in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The GM Civil will prepare progress reports, support approvals from relevant authorities, and contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes and standards.
