Role Description
The Junior Safety Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem, responsible for supporting safety management across infrastructure and engineering project sites.
This role involves conducting regular safety inspections, monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety standards, and assisting in the implementation of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures. The Junior Safety Manager will help plan and deliver safety training sessions, maintain accurate safety documentation, and contribute to risk assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects. Day-to-day tasks include participating in accident and incident investigations, recommending corrective actions, and coordinating with project managers and site supervisors to promptly address safety concerns. The role also requires proactive communication with teams to promote a robust safety culture and continuous improvement in safety performance.
