Role Description
The General Manager Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day hotel operations across the Shri Ram Excellency Group properties. This role manages front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth check-in/check-out processes,



and efficient handling of guest requests or issues. The General Manager Operations leads and coaches operational teams, coordinates staffing and scheduling, and ensures adherence to service standards, safety, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, controlling costs, optimizing revenue opportunities, and improving operational workflows. The role also involves collaborating with department heads, reviewing performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and maintaining the overall image and quality standards of each property.
