About the Role

This is a high-impact, execution-driven role supporting the Director Sales & Marketing.

The position goes beyond a traditional Executive Assistant role and requires a senior,

business-oriented professional (10–15 years ‘experience) who can drive execution,

coordinate across brand activation and digital initiatives, and ensure structured

delivery of key priorities.

The ideal candidate will act as the right hand to the Director, bringing clarity, control, and

momentum to business, brand, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Execution & Task Ownership

• Drive and track key initiatives across sales, brand, and marketing

• Convert discussions into structured action plans with timelines and accountability





• Ensure timely execution and closure of critical tasks

2. Brand Activation & On-Ground Coordination

• Coordinate execution of brand activations, events, and campaigns

• Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure alignment with premium brand standards and timelines

3. Digital Marketing Coordination

• Work closely with digital marketing teams/agencies to track campaigns

• Monitor deliverables across social media, content, and performance marketing

• Ensure consistency in brand communication and execution quality

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as a central point between Sales, Marketing, Creative, and external partners

• Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups across departments

• Maintain structured reporting and updates

5. Problem Solving & Decision Support

• Apply solid application of mind to identify gaps and resolve issues

• Anticipate challenges and proact
