Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for project and office staff. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing compensation and perks, maintaining accurate HR records,



and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, support conflict resolution, coordinate training and development initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives. Day-to-day, the role involves partnering with project managers and department heads to anticipate workforce needs, support a safe and inclusive work environment, and promote a positive organizational culture.
