Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and control plant operations during assigned shifts
- Monitor chemical processes, parameters, and production output
- Coordinate with plant operators and workers for smooth shift activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental guidelines
- Maintain shift-wise production reports and daily MIS in Excel
- Monitor raw material consumption and finished goods inventory
- Assist in startup, shutdown, and routine plant operations
- Report deviations, breakdowns, or safety concerns to senior staff
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline on the shop floor
- Support maintenance and logistics coordination when required
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of chemical engineering processes
- Understanding of industrial safety practices
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Basic MS Excel and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Fresher Chemical Engineer interested in production/manufacturing
- Exposure to plant training or internship preferred
- Ready to work in a factory setting
