OPENING 1 – Production ManagerJob Role
We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production operations, manage the manufacturing team, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with design, project, and dispatch teams. The ideal candidate should have strong electrical knowledge and experience in production planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Coordinate with design, project, and quality teams.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, and material utilization.
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production activities.
- Support inventory planning and production coordination.
Required Skills
- Strong Electrical Knowledge (Mandatory)
- Production Planning & Team Management
- Ability to read Electrical Drawings and Control Panel Layouts

Salary
₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month *(Based on experience and skills)*
Eligibility
- BE / Diploma in Electrical, EEE, E&I;, or related field
- 1–5+ years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Candidates with experience in electrical control panel manufacturing or industrial heating products will be given preference.
