What you'll do:
- Teach UX through live projects, critique, and 1:1 mentorship
- Build curriculum grounded in how design works inside real product teams
- Push resident portfolios to a genuinely hireable standard
You're a fit if you:
- Have 2+ years designing real products, not just teaching
- Give critique that is both sharp and kind
- Have mentored or led designers before (a plus, not a must)
