Eligibility :
- Minimum 6 months of International Calling experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting telephonic interviews and surveys.
- Willing to work rotational night shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary research through telephonic interviews and structured questionnaires.
- Engage with industry experts, business leaders, and stakeholders.
- Collect, validate, and maintain high-quality research data.




- Prepare discussion guides and survey questionnaires.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain qualified communication with respondents and stakeholders.

Team Lead Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Research Associates.
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics.
- Support project planning and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with research quality standards.

Qualification :
- Must be Graduate
- Experience in Market Research, Primary Research, CATI, Survey Interviews, Data Collection, International Calling, Customer Support, BPO Voice Process, or Business Research will be an added advantage.
