Role Description
The Lead Generation Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads through online research, databases, social media, and industry events. The Lead Generation Executive will conduct market research to understand target industries, decision-makers, and customer needs, and will maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools.



Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging prospects through calls, emails, and messaging, coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings or demos, and supporting campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness and new business opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and working with New Leads, including prospecting and qualification.
- Ability to conduct structured Market Research to identify target segments and opportunities.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging prospects via phone, email, and online channels.
- Basic to intermediate Sales skills, with an understanding of funnels, conversions, and CRM usage.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and ability to collaborate with on-site and remote teams.
- Attention to detail, data organization skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development
