Senior Engineer Infrastructure Projects

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Senior Engineer to manage infrastructure and road development projects. The candidate will lead the execution of CC ROADS, UGD, WATER LINES, and STORMWATER. This role requires strong field expertise, site leadership, and execution control.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end construction activities
- Oversee quality control for materials, compaction, thickness, and levels
- Plan and monitor site schedules, manpower, and equipment deployment
- Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and IRC standards
- Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and consumption tracking
- Conduct regular site inspections, measurements, and progress reporting
- Maintain strict safety and site compliance
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors




- Resolve in office technical and execution challenges

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Strong experience in road & infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of BT road construction methods and pavement layers
- Familiarity with survey levels, cross sections, and quantity measurements
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQs
- Leadership and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation

Location Preference

Candidates residing in or willing to relocate near Vijayawada or Gudivada will be preferred.

Mandatory
- Experience in BT Roads, and other related infra works
- Experience in government/public infrastructure projects

Added Advantage
- Experience in CC Roads, CC Drains
- Experience in UGD Systems & Water Lines
