Hawaii Doors & Windows is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our Corporate Office in Aluva. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, handling customer enquiries, following up with prospects, and supporting business growth through telephonic and digital sales activities.

Candidates with strong communication skills, particularly in Hindi, and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities through regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team and respective branches for enquiry closure.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, and follow-up updates.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM/system.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business expansion.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship, or a similar role.
- Prior sales experience will be considered an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
