Role & responsibilities
- Ensure manpower availability in line with approved budgets and required competencies.
- Deliver cost-effective recruitment within defined turnaround timelines by managing internal and external sourcing channels to attract qualified talent aligned with organizational and Institute requirements.
- Manage the employee communication matrix and timely resolution of employee queries and grievances.
- Oversee all employee induction and onboarding activities to facilitate a seamless integration of recent hires into the organization.
- Improve the efficiency of HR operations by monitoring recruitment, onboarding, processes, database management, MIS, compensation data, turnaround time, error rates, and process ageing.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and audit requirements through timely documentation, scheduling, record maintenance, and adherence to institute guidelines.
- Maintain HR data, generate reports and MIS, and provide workforce analytics to support management decision-making.
- Manage employee separation processes,



including exit formalities & documentation.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen HR processes & undertake HR initiatives, process improvement projects, and other assignments aligned with organizational priorities.

Preferred candidate profile
- A masters degree with 58 years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist role.
- Prior experience in a startup, early-stage organization, or fast-growing environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing the complete employee lifecycle independently.
- Strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Experience working with HRMS platforms along with maintaining manual HR documentation and records where required.
- Experience in establishing or improving HR processes, policies, and systems will be an advantage.
