Role Description
The Dy. Manager/Manager – Electroplating is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and optimizing electroplating operations for cylinders and related components used in gravure and flexographic printing. The role involves planning and supervising daily electroplating activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms,



and production targets. The person in this role will monitor process parameters, maintain equipment, coordinate with production and maintenance teams, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects. Daily tasks include overseeing bath preparation and maintenance, troubleshooting plating issues, managing consumables and inventory, documenting process data, and ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements. The role also includes leading and training team members, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the electroplating function.
