Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure effective communication among team members.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve process efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business value.
- Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Jira or similar platforms.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of Agile framework, including SAFe methodology.
- Proficiency in Java programming language is an added advantage.
- Experience working with Jira for tracking progress and managing projects.
