Role Description
The Sales Attendant role is a full-time, in office position based in Agra. In this role, the Sales Attendant will welcome and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable auto parts and accessories. The role includes handling product inquiries, explaining features and pricing, and processing sales transactions using the shop’s billing systems. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining product displays, managing stock on shelves,



checking inventory levels, and keeping the store clean and orderly. The Sales Attendant will collaborate with other team members, follow store policies, and support basic record-keeping and reporting related to sales and customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to listen, understand needs, and explain product information clearly.
- Basic sales and retail skills, such as handling cash and digital payments, issuing bills, and managing point-of-sale transactions.
- Organizational and inventory-handling skills, including stocking, labeling, and maintaining accurate counts of auto parts.
- General knowledge or interest in automotive parts and accessories, with a willingness to learn product details and applications.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Agra, stand for extended periods, and perform routine shop-floor tasks.
