? Responsibilities:

Advertiser Manager:
- Identify and onboard new advertisers/brands
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Manage campaigns, budgets & performance
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Affiliate Manager:
- Recruit and manage affiliate partners/publishers
- Maintain publisher relationships and increase revenue
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
- Handle affiliate queries and support

✅ Requirements:
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing preferred
- Positive communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CPL, CPA, CPS, CPI campaigns is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-focused mindset
