The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Strong Leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
2. Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
3. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against these targets.
4. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to the sales team.
5. Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance,



provide updates on market trends, and share best practices.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
8. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
9. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager role.
3. Robust leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
