Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.



The Human Resources Manager will design and implement HR policies and procedures, manage compliance with labor laws, and support workforce planning in alignment with organizational goals. The role includes developing training and development initiatives, managing compensation and benefits administration, and fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to support organizational growth and ensure HR practices effectively support the company’s technical and operational needs.
