About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and target-driven HR Recruitment Specialist with proven expertise in hardcore bulk hiring for Sales roles in the BFSI, NBFC, and Fintech industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to close positions within aggressive timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring of Sales positions across BFSI and Fintech.
• Hire for roles including Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, Telecaller, Team Leader, Branch Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, and other sales positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, social media, campus drives, consultancies, and walk-ins.
• Conduct screening, telephonic interviews,
salary discussions, and candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview-to-joining conversion.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring sales hiring requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, closures, and source effectiveness.
• Prepare recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and achieve recruitment targets.
• Support employer branding, job postings, and recruitment campaigns.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Bulk Hiring / Mass Hiring / Hardcore Recruitment.
• Proven experience in BFSI, Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
