Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Field Engineer will visit client locations to install, configure, test, and commission elevator displays, communication systems, and related electronic components. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and documenting service activities and reports.



The role involves coordinating with the internal technical team and client representatives to plan site work, minimize downtime, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The Field Engineer will also provide basic user guidance, gather feedback from clients, and support continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications
- Strong field service and in office technical support skills, with experience handling electronic or electro-mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware, wiring, and configuration issues in a structured and timely manner.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills to explain technical information clearly and build professional relationships.
- Basic project management abilities, including planning site visits, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
