Role & Responsibilities
We're looking for a driven Marketing Head to lead our brand and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will:
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns
* Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
* Manage digital marketing and performance campaigns
* Lead product launches and promotional activities
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
* Work closely with founders to scale the brand
What We're Looking For
* 3–4 years of marketing experience (FMCG/D2C preferred)
* Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing
* Creative, analytical, and execution-focused
* Leadership and team management skills are a plus
