We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to handle and convert qualified leads provided by the company into successful clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be confident in understanding client requirements, and effectively present our legal and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with qualified leads assigned by the company through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.




- Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable legal and compliance services.
- Explain the company's services, pricing, and process in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with prospective clients and address their queries to facilitate conversions.
- Convert assigned leads into paying clients by building trust and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on the company's service offerings and relevant legal and regulatory developments.
