Role Description
The Field Sales Officer role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Vadodara & Vapi. The Field Sales Officer will maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions, and represent Grihum’s values in all external engagements.
Qualifications
- Minimum - Graduation ?
- 1 to 3 years in affordable housing finance.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and convert leads into successful home loan customers.
- Candidates should possess Client Relations and Business Relationship Management skills to build long-term, trust-based connections with customers and local partners.
- Communication skills, including the ability to explain financial products in a simple and respectful manner.
- Relevant experience in field sales, housing finance, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the local market in and around Ahmedabad and comfort with on-the-ground customer visits is preferred.
